By using this website or engaging the services of Retriever Bookkeeping & Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Retriever Bookkeeping & Consulting, LLC provides bookkeeping and business advisory services for small businesses and veterinary practices. Services may include financial recordkeeping, account reconciliations, reporting, payroll support, and consulting, depending on the service plan selected.

2. Monthly Plans & Payment

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are due on the agreed billing date. Payments may be made by ACH, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

3. Additional Services

Any work requested outside the scope of the selected monthly plan may be billed separately at an hourly or project-based rate. Additional fees will be communicated before such work is performed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information, records, and access to relevant software platforms. Delays in receiving necessary information may affect turnaround times and reporting accuracy.

5. No Tax, Legal, or Audit Services

Retriever Bookkeeping & Consulting, LLC provides bookkeeping and consulting services only. We do not provide legal advice, tax preparation, CPA services, or audit/assurance services. Clients should consult a qualified attorney or licensed tax professional as needed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client financial and business information and take reasonable measures to protect sensitive data shared with us.

​

7. Cancellation

Monthly services continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retriever Bookkeeping & Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services during the previous three months.

​

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
